The diffuser is obtained by overlapping two sheets of limed maple oak; it is equipped at the top and bottom with a bamboo ring measuring a few millimetres, to reinforce the circumference. The rod is made of fibreglass-based composite material and liquid coated. Epoxy powder coated metal round base. Supplied with 4 counter-weights to be inserted in the purpose-provided seat above the diffuser to adjust its height. The transparent cable is fitted with a dimmer which can be used both to adjust the level of luminous intensity gradually or as the ON/OFF switch.

This glass body supports the light source: an opal polycarbonate ampoule containing technical lighting components that appears to float inside the glass. A small brushed aluminum rod at the top serves as a touch dimmer, allowing adjustment to three levels. It retains the last dimmer setting in memory when activated by a wall switch. In the P version, the diffuser is made of is made of the matte porcelain. The light crosses the diffuser, illuminating it from within for a soft ambient atmosphere.
